Noble Installation is proud to be certified according to NS-EN ISO 3834-2, Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials (Comprehensive quality requirements).
With our experience and knowledge, we can provide welding services in several materials and methods, within a wide range of industries including oil, gas, marine, subsea, and construction. Our welding procedures specifications (WPS) and welding procedure qualification record (WPQR) are according to ISO 15609/15614, ASME IX, and NORSOK M-101/102/601.
All our welders are qualified according to ISO 9606 and take pride in delivering high quality welds.

We have in-house Welding Engineers (IWE and IWT) which are educated in accordance with IIW (International Institute of Welding) and have many years of experience in the welding processes. The welding coordinator has the overall responsibility to make sure that internal routines and quality control is followed and documented during welding and testing.
We provide detailed welding & NDT logs, that documents the welding procedure applicable for each weld, including the filler materials, and welders to ensure traceability.
The welding & NDT log also includes extent of NDT on each weld and traceability to NDT operator.
Noble Installation has procedures approved by accredited third parties and cover the most used materials within different thicknesses.

Our testing and verification services for welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) has a comprehensive range of solutions that comply with the highest industry standards and regulations, ensuring reliable and safe welds.
We offer non-destructive testing (NDT) services according to ISO standards, Norsok standards and specific requests from our customers by use of an external party. We can offer a complete range of testing and verification services such as ultrasonic testing, radiography testing, eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, and visual inspection that meet the requirements in our quality standards.
The NDT operators are certified according to NS-EN ISO 9712.
