Dimensional control is carried out throughout the entire production process to ensure that required dimensions and specifications are met with precision. To enhance our capabilities, Noble has invested in the Hexagon Absolute Arm, a state-of-the-art portable measuring solution that provides accurate, real-time 3D measurements.
Hexagon Absolute Arm enables us to inspect complex geometries, conduct precise quality checks, and guarantee fine accuracy, ensuring thorough dimention report for our clients.
When required, a full scale fit-up test can be carried out on structures to verify the dimensions as an assembly. Fit up dimensions can be verified by 3D-scanning. Fit-up tests and dimensional control is also a part of the final inspection, which can be carried out together with the customer.
